Demolition/Removal of Existing electrical System: Disconnecting and removal of all inactive electrical installation related to lighting system, power outlets, HVAC power system, Mechanical power system (Steam Generators, Expansion Tanks, Feed Tanks, Cooling Coils, Heating Coils etc) Cable trays, conduits, boxes, raceways, supports and hangers, wires, cables, switchboards, panelboards, disconnect switches, transfer switches, motor control panels, elevator system, Terminal cabinets, Low Current system (Telehone, BMS) Fire Alarm system devices and all electrical components in preparation for the new construction and Reloaction and Rerouting and installation of electrcal systems.nnFinishing: Suppy and installation of Steel framed canopy with aluminum composite panel, Doors, Windows, wall painting, Vinyl & Ceramic flooring etc.nnMechanical system: Relocation and Rerouting of steam pipelines, Chilled water pipelines, low pressure hot water pipelines, Domestic cold & hot water pipelines, Compressed air pipelines, Drain and Vent pipelines, Medical vacuum pipelines, Medical Gas pipeline, Medical air dual line regulator, Provisional sum for all plant rooms. Fire fighting system, HVAC system, Conveying system.nnElectrical: Supply, Install, Connect and Test complete RMU, Transformers, Conduiting & cabling, light fixtures, power outlets, Panel boards, Tele hone & Data system, Fire alarm system and all other required electrical works as required.
